Gym etiquettes for fitness freaks

Maintain few gym etiquettes as you head for workout.
Health is wealth as we all know and all of us are into some or the other ways of workouts to keep fit. And as many of you fitness freaks head to gym as one the agendas of your daily routine, here are a few tips to take care as a part of 'gym etiquettes':
1. Always carry a bottle of water and a napkin with you. 2. Wear a proper exercising attire so that you are comfortable doing the workouts.
3. Always put on an antiperspirant or a deodorant before you start the workout.
4. You must keep a separate pair of sport shoes for gym so that you don't end up dirtying the gym floor and machines.
5. Never pass comments or laugh at someone's exercising.
6. Do not talk in the gym and do not take calls during your workout timing.
7. Do not make noises while exercising, it disturbs or might scare some person who is trying to workout.
8. Do wipe the gym instruments which you have used and try to keep them in place.
9. One must not head to gym to find 'friends' or to look at dating someone.
10. Do not mess up the lockers of the gym with dirty dresses/ gym wear as someone else will use it after you.
