Manushi Chhillar: If given a chance, I would choose Samrat Prithviraj and The Great Indian Family as my debut movies, all over again

Back in 2017, Manushi Chhillar stormed into the heart of every Indian when she won the coveted Miss World title.
She later ventured into the world of the movies, with back to back films with Aditya Chopra’s production house.
However, both Samrat Prithviraj with Akshay Kumar and The Great Indian Family with Vicky Kaushal, faced lukewarm response at the box office.
But the actress, who will now be seen opposite Varun Tej in Operation Valentine, shares that for her debut, she would not have had any other way, despite the movies' performance at the BO. Talking about it in an exclusive interview, Manushi shared, "Prithviraj was a pivotal moment for me. Aditya Chopra sir saw potential in me during our first meeting, which was meant to be brief, but turned into an hour-long conversation about life. This encounter made me realize my passion for acting, and gave me confidence in pursuing it by saying 'I think you'll do well.' " "Just that conversation with him made me a little more confident. After which, I had my lovely launch and I learned so much. So if I were to look back at the result of it, of course, it wasn't as favorable as we would have liked, but I got the best out of it. Luckily, I also started working aggressively, thinking about other projects," she added. She also highlighted, "I don't think I could have asked for a better launch, if I were to look back and look at all the other films that were offered to me, which could have been my debut, I would still make this choice, knowing what the outcome of the film was."
