Adbi Kunj organizes special poetic meet

Jammu: Multilingual literary organization Adbi Kunj J&K, organized a poetic meet on Urdu and Punjabi Ghazals.
Large number of writers, intellectuals and poets of various languages were present on this occasion. This first ever programme of its kind based on ghazals of two languages Urdu and Punjabi. This noble poetic night "Sham-e-Ghazal" was presided over by a noted Punjabi poet S. Devinder Singh Vishaw Nagrak present Punjabi Lekhak Sabha Jammu another well known ghazal poet from U.S.A. Prof. Surinder Singh Seerat was the Chief Guest of the mehfil-e-Mushaira-Sham-e-Ghazal.
The programme was ably conducted by the General Secretary of the organization M. Ashraf Ganie earlier welcoming the audience president of Adbi Kunj J&K, Jammu Sham Talib said that organization has been organizing various colourfull literary event in routine, but the present two colour of "Sham-e-Ghazal" programme is a rare example. On that occasion he also threw detailed light on the long services of the organization. On that occasion it was also announced that Adbi Kunj Jammu is going to organise 1. Book release function on a collection of articles book in Dogri entitled "Soch-Manae-Di" of Dr. Chanchal Sharma on 15 April 2015 at 4 PM 2. Book release function on a Hindi prose and poetic book "DOSTI-KA-FARAZ" of a young poet and writer late Raman Ronik on 17 April 2015 at 4 PM, both the functions will be organized at K.L. Sahgal Hall of cultural Academy Canal Road, Jammu. The participant poets of the meet were included Fozia Mughal Zia, Santosh Nadan, Dr. R.K. Sehgal, Neelam Verma, Devinder Singh Vishav Nagrik, Prof. Surinder Singh Seerat, Dr. Baljit Raina, Aarash Om Dalmotra, Dr. Manjit Singh, M.S. Kamra, Com. Jaswant Singh, Romesh Chaddha, Deya Ram Deya, Bishan Dass Khak, Raj Kamal, S.K. Gupta, Ved Uppal, Rajeev Kumar, Sham Sunder Bassan, Sanjeev Kumar, Pardeep Dutta, M. Ashraf Ganie, S.M. Taiyab Bharti, Reyaz Sohil, Raghunandan Kohli, Raj Kumar Uttam and Sham Talib.
The vote of thanks were presented by the Chairman of the organization Aarash Om Dalmotra. On that occasion the organization specially congraluated to prof. Surinder Singh Seerat for releasing his musical Album TISHANGI of his Punjabi Ghazal which was composed by prominent music composer Sham Sajan.
