Transfers and posting of Judicial Officers

JAMMU, Oct 21: An order was issued by Registrar General Shahzad Azeem that in the interest of administration and smooth functioning of the judicial work, the following transfers and postings of Civil Judges (Junior Division) and adjustment of newly appointed Civil Judges (Junior Division). appointed vide Government Order No. 15885-JK (LD) of 2024 dated 18.09.2024 and Order No. 16606-JK (LD) of 2024 dated 04.10.2024, are hereby ordered with immediate effect: Ms Bazila Bashir Munsiff Bandipora transfer to Principal Magistrate JJB, Shopian against vacant post, Mohd, Wasim Mirza Ist Addl. Munsiff Srinagar transfer to Munsiff Shopian vice Ms. Rameen Rashid, Ms Rabiya Snober Munsiff, Budhal transferred to Munsiff Magan against vacant post and Ms. Rameen Rashid Munsiff, Shopian transferred to Addl. Spl. Mobile Magistrate Shopian against vacant post. Moreover Civil Judges (Junior Division) appointed vide Government Order No. 15885-JK(LD) of 2024 dated 18.09.2024. Amandeep Singh S/o Sham Singh R/O Garkhal Near Bsf camp Akhnoor posted as Munsiff, Bandipora, vice Ms. Bazila Bashir, Shivani Attri D/O Tarsem Lal R/O village Syedpora Nagriparole Kathua posted as Addl. Spl Mobile Magistrate Pantha Chowk against vacant post and Hiteshwar Kesar S/O KamalKrishan Kesar R/O H.No. 182 ward No. 8, Parliwand, Kathua posted as Munsiff Dangiwacha against vacant post. Civil Judges (Junior Division) appointed vide Government Order No. 16606-JK(LD) of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 Ms. Andleeb Singh S/O Balak Singh Baghi R/O village Degwar Maldayalan P/O Poonch Tehsil Haveli posted as Munsiff Budhal vice Ms. Rabyia Snober Gulzar.
