IAS officer trainees call on LG Manoj Sinha

Srinagar, May 16: A group of six Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer trainees of the 2025 batch on Friday called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Lok Bhavan in Srinagar.
The officer trainees, currently undergoing district training in Jammu and Kashmir, shared their experiences of working in the Union Territory and
discussed various governance initiatives during the interaction.
They also shared their observations regarding flagship programmes, including Block Diwas and the Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyan, being implemented across the Union Territory.
The Lieutenant Governor advised the young officers to work with dedication and adopt a people-centric approach in public service. He also extended his best wishes to them for a successful and impactful career in the civil services.
The group of officer trainees included Alfred Thomas, Ruchika Jha, Nidhi, Mohd Haris Mir, Shagun Singh and Jitendra Kumar.
