Haq Nawaz Zargar transferred, posted as principal secretary to J&K, Ladakh HC Chief Justice

JAMMU, Sep 12: The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has transferred Haq Nawaz Zargar, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, and placed his services at the disposal of the Chief Justice for adjustment as Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice against a vacant post.
According to an administrative order issued by the High Court, Zargar has been relieved from his present assignment and his services placed at the disposal of the Chief Justice for his new role.
Meanwhile, the Special Judge, Anti-Corruption, Srinagar, has been directed to hold the additional charge of the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, until the post is filled on a regular basis.
The reshuffle is part of the administrative arrangements within the High Court and subordinate judiciary.
